We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange of an item or in store credit. No refunds are given. All final sales are final.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mandysboutiquellc.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12710 Old Pond Road Noblesville, IN 46060 once they have been approved for exchange or in store credit.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the next steps on your requested return by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please see our exchange/ in store credit policy for a full description below.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not give refunds. We offer exchanges or in store credit only.
In Store Credit/ Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy Effective 4/1/23 (UPDATED 01/01/2025)
We hope you LOVE everything you purchased, but we do understand that there are times that you may need to return /exchange an item. Please refer to our return policy below.
· Returned items will be accepted for an exchange (if applicable) or in-store credit ONLY. We do not refund the original payment method. In store credit / exchange of the item must go towards the vendor of the item purchased from. In store credit is not given until the item is returned and approved for in store credit or exchange. Items must be returned for local pick up customers within 7 days of pick up date. Shipping customers will have 10 days within receiving the item.
· All items returned/exchanged must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible:
1. The item must be returned in its original state, unworn and free of any signs of wear or use. This includes any stains, pet hairs, smells, and defects.
2. Shoes must be returned in the original box and damage free.
3. Items that need to be returned or exchanged please email me at shop@mandysboutiquellc.com to make me aware you need to return or exchange an item. In the email, please include your order number, proof of tracking (if applicable) and items being returned with your reasoning. Returns must be made within 7 days of pick up and or delivery of an order. Shipping customers that need to return or exchange are responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Some of our items come out with different colors. Returns/ Exchanges will not be accepted due to you liking the other color better.
· THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN:
1. Items ordered using ANY discount code: Items marked "SALE" or "FINAL SALE"
2. Jewelry, intimate apparel such as bralettes, leggings, or body suites, swim suits any items that fall into the handbag category i.e.: purses, wallets, cc holders, and all custom items such as jewelry such as upcycled LV and GG items etc...
· Although we try to accurately photograph each item, items may vary in color due to lighting, various device screens, and resolutions. Items with slight variations will not be eligible for return.
· Exchanges can only be offered if the item is still in stock, otherwise to be given as store credit.
· Please allow up to 7 business days for a return to process once an item has been delivered to us.
· If any items do not meet these standards your item(s) will be returned to you at your cost. If not paid within 7 days items will be donated and no credits will be added to your account. We will attempt to contact you 1 time before donations take place.
· If a customer is flagged under the terms of excessive returns per month, they will be charged a 20% restock fee, and only allowed 2 returns per month.
· ORDERS MAY NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELLED AFTER CHECKOUT.
Please note Judy Blue jeans that are returned/exchanged must have all three tags on them to be eligible for in store credit or exchange. Any Judy Blue in store credit or exchange will only be applied towards Judy Blues.
· If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service at shop@mandysboutiquellc.com with in 7 days of delivery.
1. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage to begin your claim.
2. If you contact us outside of the 7 day window, your item will not qualify for replacement, return, or store credit.
· A return label will be provided by a customer service representative in the event of a damaged or defective item. This label will expire within 5 days and claim will be voided upon expiration.
· Orders may not be modified or cancelled after checkout or after posted on fb group page size and or color for order.
